GENERAL INFORMATION

HOW TO MAKE RESERVATIONS

Prior to the deadline, all reservation requests must be made through the Indiana Black Expo Housing Bureau - not with individual hotels.  Choose one of the following methods to make a room reservation request:

INTERNET:	Click here to book your reservation on-line. This is the quickest and most effective method.
PHONE:	Book your reservation by calling 317-684-2573
FAX:	Download and send completed FORMS to (317) 684-2492,  Please allow two weeks for processing.  This housing form may be duplicated.
MAIL:	Send completed FORM to Indiana Black Expo Housing Bureau, POB 7248, Indianapolis, IN 46207-7248

All reservation requests will be made through the Housing Bureau. DEADLINE: Thursday, June 21, 2012.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS: Acknowledgement will be sent after each reservation booking, modification and/or cancellation.  Review acknowledgement carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 14 days after any transaction, please call the Housing Bureau at 1-317-684-2573.

MODIFICATIONS/CANCELLATIONS: Please review carefully. A one-night (plus 17% tax) advance deposit is required for each room requested. Checks will be deposited 7 days prior to arrival date. Credit card processing will be held until checkout. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled after Thursday, June 21, 2012. Reservations cancelled after Tuesday, July 3, 2012 or no shows will be charged by the hotel.
Payments for room reservations can be made with credit card, check, or money order.  A valid, credit card number must be provided to reserve rooms.  If paying by check or money order, please make either payable to "Indiana Black Expo Housing Bureau".
